  • Sales Intake

    We will work with you via email/phone to obtain information for your order. Please contact us by email (screenco8750@gmail.com) or phone (662-534-8750). We will collect artwork information, shirt preference, quantity, due date, etc.

  • Quoting

    Based on your specifications given, we will provide a quote via email through Printavo.

    Please verify that the following are correct - garment type and color, quantity, pricing, customer due date, etc.

    Please respond within 48 hours to avoid any delay in the ordering process.

    Quotes are good for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Art

    Customer provided artwork must be print ready in high resolution PNG or vector file.

    We have a graphic designer in house that is happy to help with your artwork. Fees range from $10-25 per design.

    We will send approval through Printavo. Please respond within 48 hours or it may delay production of your order.

    You must approve print-ready art whether you provide it or we make it.

  • Turnaround Time

    Our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time a quote is approved. This allows time for garments to be ordered and shipped to us, artwork to be completed and approved, and materials to be produced. This is subject to change depending on our work load. We strive to get to our jobs completed as quickly as possible. We do offer a 25% rush fee on orders that have a deadline less than two weeks. We do not offer rush orders that have to be shipped.

    Storefront and online orders have a turnaround time of 1-3 business days due to current stock and print times. Orders that are shipped are done through USPS and a tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.

  • Reorders

    Reorders require a minimum of 12 garments per design. If you do not meet the minimum, the items will either be printed direct to garment (and subject to a higher price) or you will be charged screen fees. Screen print reorders will have a $25 per screen charge. Due to the nature of screen-printing ink, we cannot guarantee exact ink color matches on reorders. We will make every effort to match the original color as best as possible. If you know a reorder will be likely, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Ink Changes

    Orders that require an ink change will be charged $5 per change location.

  • Pick Up and Shipping

    We offer shipping through USPS or on-site pick up. Shipping fees are charged at market rate

  • Misprints or Missing Items

    You have 24 hours to check your order after receiving it. If there are any missing items or errors made on our part, please contact us within those 24 hours to receive a replacement for no charge. Screens are reclaimed within 24 hours of a print job. If you see that you have made an error in ordering, set up fees will apply.

  • Refunds and Returns

    Custom orders are created for each individual customer. Unfortunately, these orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you believe we have made an error, please contact us by phone (662-534-8750) or email (screenco8750@gmail.com). All claims are handled on a case by case basis.

    Retail items purchased in-store or online are available for exchange within 14 days of purchase. No refunds. Products must be in the condition in which they were received.

  • Items Brought In

    Customers are welcome to bring in items they have purchased elsewhere to be printed. However, we can only guarantee garment condition and our printing process on garments that we order from our suppliers. We are not responsible for items brought in. That includes but not limited to holes, stains, discoloration, improperly sewn items, etc. If an error is made on our end in the printing process, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

    Items brought in must be organized by size and out of individual packaging. If they are not, there will be an unpacking fee of $0.50 per item. We ask that you provide a list of items included in your drop off broken down by size. If this is not included and we have to count them, the unpacking fee will apply.

  • Acceptance Clause

    Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

  • Privacy Policy

    Our company shall implement and maintain reasonable procedures for protecting personal information in accordance with local law. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the products and services requested. We will not sell your data. We do use a third-party partner for taking orders- Printavo.

  • Limitation of Liability

    We may not be held liable for misuse or harm arising from the use of our products or services. This includes but not limited to missed deadlines for events, shipping errors, misprints, spoilage, breach of contract, late orders, copyrighted material. We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material. We are not liable for any copyright claims, lawsuits, or issues arising from the illegal use of copyrighted material.

  • Property Rights

    Unless otherwise noted, we claim ownership for all artwork created for any project. Permission must be obtained to reprint or reuse any designs created in house.

  • Payment Terms

    Payment is due at the time of service, agreed upon in your quote as the payment date. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

    There is a $30 charge for returned checks. The subsequent payment must be made with cash or card. We will not accept another check.

  • Social Media

    We enjoy showing our followers what we are printing. It is a great way to show everyone what we do! We use platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Please be sure to notify us when placing an order if you are not comfortable with us sharing your items on our social media pages. If you do not notify us, we will assume that we have your full permission to post photos or videos.

  • Termination Clause

    You are free to stop using our services at any time. If you have approved a quote and items have been ordered, you are responsible for payment of those blank items.

    We reserve the right to terminate service, with notice, if you violate our terms, abuse our services, cause us legal liability, or otherwise harm our continued operations.

  • Revisions and Changes

    We may revise our Terms and Conditions from time to time to better meet legal requirements or address changes in our services.
